DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND PROTECTION ORDERS REGULATION 2009 (NO 10 OF 2009) - REG 2

This regulation commences on the commencement of the Domestic Violence and Protection Orders Act 2008 .

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).
