Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered RegulationsIf the Magistrates Court has given a direction under the Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1991 , section 20 (1) (Territory courts may take evidence and submissions from outside ACT) or section 32 (1) (Use of link in proceedings) in relation to a person who is required to give evidence under a subpoena, the person satisfies the requirement by appearing and giving evidence in accordance with the direction.
