Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) This section applies if, at the time and place fixed for the hearing or further hearing of a proceeding on an application, a magistrate is not available to hear the proceeding.
(2) The registrar may adjourn the hearing or further hearing to a time and place fixed by the registrar.
(3) The registrar
must, if asked by a party to the proceeding not earlier than 1 hour after the
time fixed for the hearing without a magistrate becoming available, adjourn
the hearing or further hearing to a time and place fixed by the registrar.
