Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) If an admission is made by a party to a proceeding on an application, the Magistrates Court may, on another party's application, make an order to which the party applying is, in the court's opinion, entitled on the admission.
(2) The Magistrates Court may exercise its powers under subsection (1) even though other questions in the proceeding have not been decided.
