DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND PROTECTION ORDERS REGULATION 2009 (NO 10 OF 2009) - REG 98

The Magistrates Court may, on sufficient cause being shown, set aside an order if—

        (a)     the order was obtained by fraud; or

        (b)     the order does not reflect the court's intention at the time the order was made; or

        (c)     the order was made irregularly; or

        (d)     the parties to the proceeding consent.
