6     Prescribed classes of items—Act, s 295 (1) (h)

A publication of a government agency is a prescribed item if it includes—

        (a)     the expression ‘building our city, building our community'; and

        (b)     any of the following expressions:

              •     Australian Capital Territory

              •     Australian Capital Territory Legislative Assembly

              •     ACT Legislative Assembly

              •     Australian Capital Territory Government

              •     ACT Government.
