ELECTRICITY AND WATER (MODIFICATION) REGULATIONS (NO. 24 OF 1995) - REG 3

3. Section 33 of the Electricity Act 1971 is modified—

    (a)     by omitting “, without the written permission of the Authority or of a person authorized by the Authority”; and

    (b)     by omitting “an officer of the Authority authorized by it” and substituting “a person authorised by the Chief Executive”.
