Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) An accredited abatement certificate provider in relation to a large user abatement activity must tell the scheme administrator in writing if the provider enters into an agreement or arrangement to purchase electricity from a retail supplier that has not already been notified to the scheme administrator.
(2) The notice must be given to the scheme administrator within 21 days after the day the agreement or arrangement is entered into.
