Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) An accredited abatement certificate provider is not entitled to create an abatement certificate in relation to an activity that happened before the day when the accredited abatement certificate provider lodged with the scheme administrator an application (completed to the satisfaction of, and in a form acceptable to, the scheme administrator) for accreditation as an abatement certificate provider.
(2) An accredited abatement certificate provider is not entitled to create an abatement certificate in relation to an activity that happened before 1 January 2005.
(3) To remove any doubt, any regulation or rule made under the Act, section 32 (2) applies in relation to this section.
Note The Act, s 32 (2) allows any regulation or rule to state when an activity is considered to have taken place for the Act, s 32 (1).
