    (1)     In this schedule:

"regulated waste" means waste that is, or contains, 1 or more of the following kinds of waste:

        (a)     hazardous waste;

        (b)     group A waste;

        (c)     group B waste;

        (d)     group C waste;

        (e)     industrial waste.
