ELECTORAL REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 34 OF 1997) - REG 3 3. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting the following definitions:“ ‘City of Canberra Arms' has the same meaning as in the City of Canberra Arms Act 1932; ‘government agency' has the same meaning as in subsection 3 (1) of the Public Sector Management Act 1994.”.
