ELECTORAL REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 4 OF 1995) - REG 3

3. After Part II of the Principal Regulations the following Part is inserted:

Declaration ballot papers

“5A. The heading to be printed or endorsed on a ballot paper to be used for declaration voting shall be the heading to a ballot paper set out in Schedule 1 to the Act modified by inserting Declaration above Ballot paper .”.
