ESSENTIAL SERVICES (CONTINUITY OF SUPPLY) REGULATIONS (NO. 14 OF 1992)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Regulations may be cited as the Essential Services (Continuity of Supply) Regulations.  
   2.      (1) The Chairperson of the Review Committee shall be paid remuneration of $366.00 for each day on which he or she is engaged in holding public hearings for not less than 3 hours.
