FAIR TRADING (CONSUMER PRODUCT STANDARDS) REGULATIONS 2002 (NO 39 OF 2002) - REG 53

The consumer product safety standard for protective helmets for pedal cyclists is that they must comply with—

        (a)     AS/NZS 2063; or

        (b)     the Snell standard.
