Example
A gambling patron wins $30 000 on a totalisator on race 3 Flemington
Racecourse. The person must not be paid more than $25 000 in cash and must be
paid any balance by cheque or electronic funds transfer. However, the person
can be paid winnings in cash of not more than $25 000 if the person wins on a
subsequent race.
