GAMBLING AND RACING CONTROL (CODE OF PRACTICE) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2014 (NO 1) (NO 17 OF 2014) - REG 7

New section 10 (1A)

    (1A)     A licensee commits an offence if the licensee contravenes the code of practice, section 1.6A (4) (Recording problem gambling incidents).

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
