Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A licensee commits an offence if, when asked by the commission, the licensee fails to make available for inspection by the commission a record of problem gambling incidents kept by the licensee under the code of practice.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) An offence against this regulation is an offence of strict liability.
