Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) If the commission revokes or amends a licensee's decision to exclude a person from gambling, the commission may direct the licensee to give effect to the commission's decision.
(2) The licensee commits an offence if the licensee fails to comply with the direction.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(3) An offence against this regulation is an offence of strict liability.
