Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A person who issues a certificate must keep a copy of the certificate for at least 2 years from the day it was issued.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) The owner or operator of the distribution pipeline must keep a record of the information contained in a certificate for 10 years from the day the copy of the certificate was received.
Penalty for contravention of subregulation (2):
(a) for an individual—10 penalty units;
(b) for a corporation—50 penalty units.
