Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The procedures to be used by a person for the testing of meters must ensure a meter can accurately and reliably measure the amount of gas supplied through the meter to a person.
(2) In particular, the procedures must include suitable tests and standards for—
(a) accuracy, leakage and registration; and
(b) if the meter is a diaphragm meter—pressure drop and outlet pressure oscillation.
(3) The procedures must state—
(a) the equipment to be supplied and maintained by the person for the testing of meters; and
(b) the place where the equipment will be kept.
