Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered RegulationsThe regulator may, in writing, exempt a gas pipeline operator from complying with a requirement of regulation 34 in relation to a safety and operating plan if the regulator is satisfied the requirement is inappropriate having regard to—
(a) the applicable codes of practice and Australian Standards; or
(b) the size or complexity of the gas pipeline operator's gas pipeline system.
