HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AMENDMENT REGULATION 2006 (NO 5) (NO 38 OF 2006) - REG 2

    (1)     This regulation (other than section 6 and section 7) commences on the day after its notification day.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     Section 6 and section 7 commence on a day fixed by the Minister by written notice.

Note     If a provision has not commenced within 6 months beginning on the notification day, it automatically commences on the first day after that period (see Legislation Act, s 79).
