Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A registered health professional must not practise while under the influence of a drug (whether a prescription drug, an illegal drug or another drug) if the drug affects the health professional's ability to practise.
(2) A registered health professional must not practise while dependent on a drug (for example, a drug of dependence) that may adversely affect the health professional's professional performance.
