Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A person may apply to the health profession board for a change to be made to the information in the register kept by the board.
(2) If someone applies for a change, the health profession board must consider whether the change is necessary and tell the applicant, in writing, whether the board considers the change necessary.
Note Because the health profession board is required to keep the register current and accurate, if the board considers the change necessary the board must make the change under reg 151 (4).
