Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A health profession board may decide, in writing, the allowances to be paid to board members.
(2) However, if the remuneration tribunal sets a maximum amount of allowances for board members, the health profession board may not pay its members more than that amount.
