Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A health profession board must, if practicable, seek the Minister's approval before taking action under the Act that the board considers is likely to incur an extraordinary liability.
(2) A health profession board may apply to the Minister for financial assistance if the board believes on reasonable grounds that it is likely to incur extraordinary expenses in relation to legal fees or damages because of the administration of the Act.
