Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The electoral commissioner must determine by lot the positions in which the candidates for an election are to appear on the ballot paper.
(2) The electoral commissioner determines positions by lot if the commissioner determines the positions in accordance with an approval under the Electoral Act, section 125.
