HEALTH PROFESSIONALS REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 41 OF 2004) - REG 51

    (1)     The electoral commissioner may, in writing, declare a stated place to be a scrutiny centre for an election for a health profession.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note      A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
