Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) As soon as practicable after the time for filing a disputed election application under regulation 69 in relation to an election has ended, the registrar must prepare a list of the disputed election applications in the order of filing and make a copy of the list available for inspection at the registrar's office.
(2) A disputed election application must, as far as practicable, be heard in the order in which it appears in the list.
(3) However, all disputed election applications in relation to an election for a particular position on a health profession board must be heard together.
