Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered RegulationsUnless the Court of Disputed Health Elections otherwise orders, the filing of a disputed election application does not prevent the electoral commissioner, another member of the electoral commission or a member of the staff of the commission from having access to a document to which the person would otherwise be entitled to have access to exercise a function under these regulations.
