HEALTH PROFESSIONALS REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 41 OF 2004) - REG 88

In a proceeding, the Court of Disputed Health Elections —

        (a)     must be guided by the substantial merits and good conscience of the case; and

        (b)     is not bound by technicalities, legal forms or the rules of evidence, but may inform itself in the way it considers appropriate.
