HEALTH PROFESSIONALS REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 41 OF 2004) - REG 91

    (1)     A health professional must not vote more than once at the same election.

Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this regulation is a strict liability offence.
