Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) Health profession board meetings must be open to the public unless the board decides otherwise, either for a particular meeting or for a particular kind of meeting.
(2) A decision by the health profession board that a meeting is not to be open to the public does not prevent the board from allowing someone other than a board member to attend the meeting.
