HEALTH REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 14 OF 2004) - REG 5

    (1)     The Minister must, in writing, determine criteria for the approval of nurse practitioner positions under regulation 8 (Approval of nurse practitioner positions).

    (2)     A determination is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
