JURIES FEES REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 8 OF 1995) - SCHEDULE

    SCHEDULE     Regulation 3    

SCALE OF PAYMENTS TO JURORS

1. Payment for attendance on the Court for less than 4 hours—$40.

2. Payment for attendance on the Court for 4 hours or more—

        (a)     for each day from day 1 to day 4 (inclusive)—$70;

        (b)     for each day from day 5 to day 10 (inclusive)—$80;

        (c)     for each day from day 11 to day 20 (inclusive)—$95; and

        (d)     for each day after day 20—$120.
