LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 18 OF 1995) - REG 3

        (a)     by adding at the end of paragaph (2) (a) “or”;

        (b)     by omitting paragraph (2) (c);

        (c)     by inserting after subregulation (2) the following subregulation:

“(2A) Part VI of the Act does not apply in respect of the variation of a lease, in accordance with the provisions of the lease, to reduce the area of land comprised in the lease.”;

        (d)     by omitting from subregulation (3) “Sections 229 and 276 of the Act do” and substituting “Part VI of the Act does”; and

    (e)     by omitting from paragraph (3) (a) “was granted before the commencement of these Regulations and”.
