LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 21 OF 1998) - REG 1

Commencement

(1)     Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day on which these Regulations are notified in the Gazette .

(2)     Regulation 3 commences as provided for by paragraph 184C (5) (a) of the Act.

(3)     Regulation 4 commences as provided for by paragraph 187C (5) (a) of the Act.
