LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT) (CASINO) REGULATIONS (NO. 2 OF 1992) - REG 3 3. Subsection 229 (1), Division 3 of Part VI and section 276 of the Act do not apply in respect of a controlled activity of the kind referred to in item 2 or 3 of Schedule 4 of the Act that is carried out only in relation to land in respect of which a designation is in effect under paragraph 4 (1) (a) or (b) of the Casino Control Act 1988.
