Remuneration to members of the Appeals Board

“23. For the purposes of section 282D of the Act, the remuneration payable to a member of the Land and Planning Appeals Board is—

        (a)     if the member is, or is acting as, the Chairperson of the Board—$253.00; or

        (b)     in any other case—$205.00;

for each day on which the member performs the functions of a member of the Board.”.
