LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT) REGULATIONS AMENDMENT (1999 NO 31) - REG 3

Substitution

    Regulation 1 is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

“1     Name of regulations

    These regulations are the Land (Planning and Environment) Regulations 1992 .”.
