LIFETIME CARE AND SUPPORT (CATASTROPHIC INJURIES) REGULATION 2015 (NO 15 OF 2015) - REG 5

The following people are prescribed:

        (a)     the Lifetime Care and Support Authority of New South Wales;

        (b)     the general manager (however described) of the Lifetime Care and Support Authority of New South Wales;

        (c)     an authorised person under the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Act 2006

(NSW), section 41 (3) (Delegation of functions).
