The Act, section 606 (2) is modified by omitting 31 December 2006 and substituting 30 April 2007.

37     Modification of Act, ch 10—Act, s 618

The Act is modified by omitting 1 January 2007 and substituting 1 May 2007 in the following sections:

              •     section 606 (3)

              •     section 607 (2) and (3)

              •     section 608 (1)

38     Expiry—pt 10

This part expires on 2 May 2007.
