Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) This section applies if the bar council asks the law society to ask the Attorney-General to consent to the use of money in the statutory interest account for a purpose stated by the bar council.
(2) The law society must ask the Attorney-General to consent to the use of the money for that purpose and tell the Attorney-General its view on that use.
(3) The law society may use money in the statutory interest account in accordance with the Attorney-General's written consent.
