LIQUOR REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 10 OF 1995) - REG 4

“(4) For the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition of ‘prescribed public place' in subsection 84 (3) of the Act, so much of the area shown on the map in Schedule 2 as is—

        (a)     a public place;

        (b)     within the area delineated by the heavy black line on that map; and

        (c)     outside an area fenced off for the purposes of the Food, Wine and All That Jazz event conducted by Canberra Festival Incorporated that generally corresponds with the largest area of hatching delineated on that map;

is declared to be a public place to which section 84 of the Act applies.

“(5) The public place specified in subregulation (4) shall be taken to be a public place to which section 84 of the Act applies only during Sunday 19 March 1995.”.
