Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The commissioner may, by written notice given to a licensee, require the licensee to give a copy of an incident register for the licensed premises to the commissioner within a stated reasonable time.
(2) The commissioner may, by written notice given to a permit-holder, require the permit-holder to give a copy of an incident register for the permitted premises to the commissioner within a stated reasonable time.
