Part 3.1     Liquor Regulation 2010

[3.1]     New section 14 (2)

insert

    (2)     It is a condition of a permit that the permit-holder must not allow a person to smoke in a part of the permitted premises that is—

        (a)     an enclosed public place; or

        (b)     an outdoor eating or drinking place.
