LIQUOR REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 37 OF 1998) - REG 3

    (1)     On 1 January 1999 the Principal Regulations have effect as if regulation 3A had been amended—

    ( a)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) “5 a.m.” and substituting “6 a.m.”;

    ( b)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) “4 a.m.” and substituting “6 a.m.”;

    ( c)     by omitting from subparagraph (3) (a) (i) “5 a.m.” and substituting “6 a.m.”; and

    ( d)     by omitting from subparagraph (3) (a) (ii) “4 a.m.” and substituting “6 a.m.”.

    (2)     On 25 April 1999 the Principal Regulations have effect as if regulation 3A had been amended by omitting subregulation (1) and paragraph (3) (a).
