LIQUOR REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 40 OF 1994) - REG 3

        (a)     by omitting from subregulation (2) “Sunday 26 December 1993” and “Friday 31 December 1993” and substituting “Monday 26 December 1994” and “Saturday 31 December 1994”, respectively; and

        (b)     by omitting paragraph (3) (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:

    “(ab)     Antill Street between its intersection with the Federal Highway and the entrance to the Australian Heritage Village;

        (b)     Northbourne Avenue north of the southernmost point of its intersection with Macarthur Avenue and Wakefield Avenue;”.
