LITTER REGULATIONS (NO. 42 OF 1993) - REG 4 4. For the purposes of sections 10, 10A, 10D and 11A of the Act the prescribed penalty for an alleged littering offence is the penalty specified in the Schedule opposite the reference to the provision of the Act creating that littering offence.
