LAND RENT REGULATION 2008 (NO 28 OF 2008) - REG 3

The following requirements in relation to an application to pay land rent for a lease are prescribed:

        (a)     before the lease is granted, the applicant must have attended a land rent information session conducted by the Canberra Institute of Technology;

        (b)     the applicant must give evidence of the applicant's attendance at the session to the authority.
